Every New Cub Scout gets a free Fishing Pole!
Every New Cub Scout will get a free Fishing Pole from August 31 to November 30, and is invited to our NEW Hooked on Scouting Fishing Derbies if they register before the October 10th Fishing Derby. We will have them available until November 30th. After, we will give out free fishing poles to new Cub Scouts while supplies last. Be sure to request your fishing poles for your new scouts as soon as they register.

How to Qualify
To earn the free Hooked on Scouting Pack Campout, Packs must complete all three criteria during the membership recruitment:
1. Complete an Individualized Membership Plan
Identify two joining night dates. Submit the completed plan to the council.
2. Designate a Pack Membership Lead / Recruitment Captain
A registered adult leader serves as the point of contact for pack membership and recruitment efforts. Use the Submit your plan button below.
3. Participate in at Least One Community Engagement Activity
Examples include (but are not limited to): Community Parade • Town or School fair • School Open House • Outdoor Activity • Any Public/Community Even
